I want to talk about my admirable teacher. His name is Majed, and he teaches me Arabic language. He doesn’t only teach grammar and vocabulary, but also introduces Middle East culture, religion, and communication skills for business negotiation. We first met on an online website, and after finishing several classes, we finally met in the Taipei Muslim temple, had dinner, and talked about our future goals. He introduced me to the religion of Islam, the concept of Allah and Prophet Muhammad, and the geography of the Middle East. When he explained why he chose to teach Arabic, his words made my life feel vivid and meaningful. I deeply admire and appreciate his passion for sharing international viewpoints. I believe that if I keep going on this road, I can learn things that I could never understand before.
